Project Overview
The Admin Console is a centralized enterprise administration platform used by internal administrators to manage users, roles, permissions, organizations, branding, system settings, reports, audit logs, and application configurations.
The platform serves as the operational backbone for enterprise applications by providing secure and scalable administrative capabilities.
Problem Statement
The existing admin platform had several usability challenges:
Complex navigation with multiple menu levels.
Inconsistent UI across modules.
Difficult user and role management workflows.
High cognitive load due to information-heavy screens.
Repetitive manual tasks.
Limited scalability for future modules.
These issues increased training time and reduced operational efficiency.
UX Goal
The primary objective was to redesign the administrative experience by creating a platform that was:
Easy to navigate
Consistent across modules
Scalable
Accessible
Efficient for daily operations
Aligned with the enterprise design system

Feature Challenge
Branding & Theming Configuration
Problem Statement
The Admin Console supported multiple business units and enterprise clients, but the platform lacked a centralized branding and theming system.
Administrators had to rely on development teams to make simple branding changes such as updating logos, colors, or application names. Each tenant maintained its own visual identity through manual code changes, resulting in inconsistent branding, long deployment cycles, and increased maintenance effort.
The absence of a configurable theming solution created several challenges:
No centralized branding management
Manual developer intervention for every branding update
Inconsistent user experience across business units
Difficult onboarding for new enterprise clients
Time-consuming deployment process
Poor scalability for multi-tenant environments
As the platform expanded, these issues impacted operational efficiency and delayed customer onboarding.
UX Goal
Design an intuitive Branding & Theming Configuration module that enables administrators to customize the application's visual identity without technical assistance.
The solution should allow administrators to:
Configure organization branding from one location
Upload logos and application icons
Customize primary, secondary, and accent colors
Manage typography and appearance settings
Preview branding changes before publishing
Apply themes consistently across all application modules
Support scalable multi-tenant customization
